ClientPlug is agency management software for digital marketing agencies. The Service allows you to organize clients, track client payment statuses via Stripe, and monitor campaign performance via Meta Ads and Google Ads by connecting your third-party accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe, Meta (Facebook), and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. ClientPlug is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, reverse engineering the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ClientPlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
