How to Delete Your Data
ClientPlug allows you to delete your data at any time. You have the following options:
1. Disconnect Third-Party Services
To remove your Meta (Facebook) Ads or Google Ads data from ClientPlug, go to Settings in your dashboard and click "Disconnect" next to the relevant integration. This immediately deletes the associated access token and all related campaign data from our database.
2. Delete Your Account
To delete your entire account and all associated data, please email us at support@clientplug.iowith the subject line "Delete My Account." We will process your request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
3. What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All client records you have created
- Connected third-party access tokens (Stripe, Meta, Google)
- Campaign tracking data and performance metrics
- All user settings and preferences
4. Facebook Data
If you connected your Facebook account to ClientPlug, you can also remove our app's access from your Facebook App Settings. This revokes our access to your Facebook data immediately.
